This policy is designed to align with our Shipping and Return Policy and our supplier ShopperPlus Inc.'s reseller agreement and policies.

2. Notification Period
- Time Frame: You must contact us within 15 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale Items: Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Opened Products: Opened non-defective products cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Process
1. Return Authorization
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Contact us to obtain an RMA number and return instructions.
- Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without an RMA number may not be accepted or may experience delays.
2. Return Instructions
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Condition: Products should be in the same condition as received, except for defects.
- Shipping: Follow the provided instructions to ship the product directly to our supplier, ShopperPlus Inc.
3. Inspection and Approval
- Supplier Inspection: The returned product will be inspected by ShopperPlus Inc. to verify the defect or error.
- Approval Notification: We will inform you of the inspection results as communicated by ShopperPlus Inc.
4. Refund Issuance
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the supplier confirms receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- Refund Method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be issued to the original card used for the purchase.
- Digital Wallets: Refunds will be processed back to your digital wallet.
- Interac e-Transfer: Refunds will be sent via Interac e-Transfer.
- Cryptocurrency: Refunds will be issued in the original cryptocurrency used, equivalent to the USD value at the time of refund.
- Cash Payments: Refunds for cash payments will be issued in cash or via an agreed-upon method.
- Notification: You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
- Shipping Label: A prepaid shipping label will be provided, or reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Exchanges
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Process: Follow the same steps as for returns. Indicate your preference for an exchange when obtaining an RMA
Refunds for Cryptocurrency Payments
- Exchange Rate: Refunds will be calculated based on the USD value of the cryptocurrency at the time of the refund.
- Transaction Fees: Any blockchain network fees for processing the refund are the customer's responsibility.
- Processing Time: Cryptocurrency refunds may take longer due to network confirmations.
Conditions Not Eligible for Refund
- Damage Due to Misuse: Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or alteration are not eligible.
- Late Requests: Refund requests made after the 15-day notification period may not be honoured.
