- Canada and USA: We ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside Canada and the USA.
b. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in Canada.
c. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-14 business days after order processing.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.
d. Shipping Charges

g. Risk of Loss
- Transfer of Risk: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
